Almost back in the game!

After I’ve lost 1 million pounds in Ireland I had to restructure my sports and nutrition plan. Back in Germany I have to make new plans again. It’s not as easy as it sounds. “Just do the same thing you did in Ireland.”
I managed to do sports again. But, to be honest, I’m eating way too much again.
My new sports-week looks as follows:

- gym
- bike
- gym
- jogging
- gym
- bike
- swimming

The next thing is, I have to focus on calories again.

Excellent you seem to have made come-back strongly indeed! Any sportsman needs plenty of excercise and therfore a healthy diet too! Kepep it up!

A variety of activities is all good, not too much wear and tear in the saem areas and all aerobically good.

Don’t under-estimate the benefits of rest… this is as important as the exercise.:)

1,000,000 pounds? Are you sure? I don’t think any human can do this. Recently, I lost 22lbs in 2 months naturally. Diet and exercise. I have shared my experience too. I’m just concentrating in gym… no jogging, no swimming, no outdoor at all… maybe, i should try to balance it.

you are right all the exercise in the world is no good if you don`t have a good nutritional program to go hand in hand with it.I thank my trainer every day. http://www.spokanefitnesscoach.com

That seems like a good plan, hopefully you can keep up on it and maybe lose another million pounds, that would be great.

No matter if the sport for hunting is for small game or big trophy hunting every sportsman loves to tell the story and show the prize trophy. Fishing in the small lakes for small game fish or out on the Pacific Ocean for the largest fish they can find sportsmen hunting and fishing is just about the oldest sport there is today.
