Yes it is important to do any exercise properly , one wrong move can injure you and set you back or hurt you permanently if you don`t know how to do it right get help.
Thanks for the tips! I do crunches a few days a week, but its always good to get a refresher to make sure that I’m doing with the correct form.

ugh i hate crunches. we used to have to do them in school and my tummy hurt so bad afterwards.
