Spinach and Mushroom Omelette

Today I found this delicious recipe on ehow.com!
I’ll try it today. I hope it won’t have to many calories.

    Indeed a very good omlette. I would add some finely chopped garlic and chilly pepers to the filling.

    it sounds tasty also has lots of antioxidants , iron and protien I would also add some garlic and peppers , it will give me enough energy for my workout.

    I make omelettes frequently, this one is a lot like my usual. I use a cup of red and yellow sweet peppers, lightly stirfried with a half cup mushrooms as my filling.
