Running
Last night I started running. I live in Cork, Ireland, right next to River Lee.
I found a nice running route along the river. Each lap takes 5 minutes.
Yesterday I ran this course 6 times. It took me about 33 minutes.
I’m thinking of running this course twice a week, in parallel with my strength training.

I wish when I went running it was around somewhere as nice as where you get to run instead of the monotonous treadmill…since I live in a city, I’d have to drive about 10mins to run in the park…and after about 7pm, for a woman, it’s not necessarily save to run at night! But that looks beautiful—keep it up and good luck with the routine and strength training.
I’ll tell u one thing, mate - i wonder how my brother would take it it’s like you’re reading my thoughts with this recent remark!
I enjoyed viewing your blog, and reading your posts. I think the hardes part of a weight loss program is starting the exercise cycle. Once it becomes a habit then it is easy. Your recipes sound and look yummy. I like how you use visuals to illustrate your blog.
