Now and Then
Here are some things I eat when I’m hungry but don’t want to take in too many calories.

eggs:
surimi: ![]()
And don’t forget to drink. Sometimes you’re not hungry anymore after drinking some water.

they contain a gazillion carbs when it come to the yolk

yeah i think eggs is really high carb when it comes to the yolk
everyone love the yolk so much it’s simply irresistible
My favorite low calorie snacks are carrots, PICKLES, cucumbers, and rice cakes
good list ,there are hundreds of good things to take the place of all that old nasty junk food we use to eat. Good and happy eating too all!!!
Those are all great Low-Cal foods.. And if you are a runner, which according to your blog you are, then Banana’s are one of the best foods you can eat after a run. Not only are they low in calories, but they are FULL of potassium.
I hope you eat real food sometimes! Just kidding good list.
