Your Opinion on Low-Carb!
I’ve tried it about 3 times. And it really works.
33 lbs. in 4 weeks.
However, I decided to no longer pay attention to carbs but calories. I found out that it’s much cheaper.
And I don’t want to diet all the time. For me, paying attention to calories has become everday life.
It’s not a diet anymore, it’s just normal eating-behavior for me.

I actually prefer the low carb route. I can eat just meats, veggies and a few well selected fruits for days. After a couple days, I don’t even miss carbs. It’s also effective for getting my musculature to show, since I work out all the time.
Melts those tops layers of fat right down.
On low carb, I eat all the veggies I want, and I never get tired of grilled chicken. Of course, I will add in carbs in moderation after a while, because at the end of the day, you really do need your carbs! Some oatmeal or grits, perhaps, in the morning, and the occasional bowl of brown rice.
That’s what works for me!
I try to do a little bit of both, but I mostly focus on calorie intake. It’s easier and for me, more productive.
fruits are low carb but it just doesn’t fill my stomach
don’t like eating those things
I used low carb to lose about 80 lbs. and it was relatively easy (with a good exercise regimen). It’s hard to stay away from carbs however, is what I have found.

Some of those aliments like meat, milk products…I simply can’t stand them. I don’t like them at all. And I know I should try my beast to eat some of them, but for example milk products simply make me sick. If I will find some vitamins cheap, would these have the same effect? Can they replace these aliments?
Low-carb is good if you need to lose a few lbs asap, however, it is not healthy to follow low-carb (less than 45% carbs of total daily calorie intake) diet for longer than 14 days. Plus, low-carb puts you in danger of losing muscle mass as musles needs carbs for refueling (in a form of glycogen) as carbs contains important vitamins and plenty of fibre. Low-carb diets are usually very high in protein. Too much protein is bad for your kidneys, increases risk of developing oestheoporosis and kidney stones, as well as puts the body in a state of ketosis, which is quite harmful. And yes, should I mention, that too much protein may also lead to fat-gain as the body will store the protein it didn’t use as a part of adipose tissue.
So, the best way is an old-fashion calorie counting and eating everything in certain amounts.
